With more than 15 years of experience in litigation and legal operations, Natalia M. Lopez built her career on a deep commitment to helping law firms run smarter, stronger, and more efficiently. Her professional journey spans both Plaintiff and Defense work, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the litigation process—from the first client call to the final day in court.
Throughout her career, Natalia supported solo practitioners, boutique firms, and large multi-state practices across New York, Georgia and Florida. She managed complex personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, police misconduct, premises liability, and medical malpractice. Her expertise extended far beyond casework, playing key roles in trial preparation, litigation strategy, and full-scale case management.
But Natalia’s skill set didn’t stop at litigation. She also led firm operations—overseeing hiring, training, HR, administrative systems, and financial management. Working inside a variety of law firm environments, she saw a recurring challenge: many attorneys were overwhelmed by the operational demands of running a practice, and lacked the reliable, knowledgeable support needed to keep their firms functioning efficiently.
It was this realization—combined with years of hands-on experience—that sparked the idea for NovaLex. Natalia saw an opportunity to create a company that not only understood the legal field, but could also bridge the gap between legal expertise and operational excellence. She envisioned a brand built on professionalism, compassion, and a genuine desire to help attorneys reclaim their time and elevate their practices.
She founded NovaLex, LLC to bring that vision to life.
Natalia assembled a team of skilled legal professionals with diverse backgrounds in personal injury, immigration, criminal defense, and multi-state practice experience spanning California, Florida, North Carolina, and beyond. Under her leadership, NovaLex continues to grow—expanding its services, refining its systems, and supporting firms across multiple jurisdictions.
